The Seven Ups
سبعة اشياء اساسيه في حياتنا اليومية



. Wake Up
Decide to have a good day

1: انهض مبكرا
انهض مبكرا لكي يصبح يومك راااائعا.


. Dress Up
The best way to dress up is to put on a smile. A smile is
an inexpensive way to improve your looks

2: إلبس افضل مالديك
وافضل ما يلبس هي الابتسامه .. رخيصة الثمن وتبديك بالمظهر اللائق والانيق.


Shut Up
Say nice things and learn to listen. With two ears and one mouth
it's meant for us to do twice as much listening as talking.
"He who guards his lips guards his soul."


3: اصمت
قل افضل ماتعرف لان من احترم اقواله احترم نفسه , وتعلم ان تستمع للغير. خلق الله لنا اذنين
وفم واحد لكي نسمع اكثر مما نقول.


Stand Up
. . . for what you believe in. Stand for something or you will fall
for anything. "Let us not be weary in doing good; for at the proper
time, we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have
opportunity, let us do good..."


4: أيد \ ناصر \ آزر من يستحق المآزره:
ساعد من يستحق المساعده وان لم تفعل سوف تسقط امام أي شئ.
دعنا نعمل الصالحات .. وفي الوقت المناسب .. سوف نحصد حصاد اعمالنا ان لم نتوقف.
لذلك .. بما ان لدينا فرصه دعنا نفعل الخيرات


. Look Up
. . . Keep yourself centered. Remember, you are
important. "I can do everything through ALLAH who strengthens me".


5: امعن النظر
كن وسطا .. وتذكر ان لك اهميه في هذا العالم .. ولكن لاتستطيع فعل أي شي بدون عون الله تعالى لك..


Reach up.
. . . for something higher. Trust with all your heart, and lean
not unto your own understanding


6: ابحث عن معالي الامور
ثق تماما بما تشعر به من معالي الامور .. ولا تميل الى غيرها مما تفهمه



7.
Lift Up
. . . your Prayers. "Do not worry
about anything; instead PRAY ABOUT EVERYTHING."


7: كن شامخا
دع عنك القلق .. فقط قم باداء صلواتك .. وسوف تنزاح همومك
